Officials said the initiative aims to make fee payments faster, safer, and fully cashless. Reducing long queues and minimizing manual cash handling at registration centers. With this system, users can now pay service fees either from home or directly at service counters . Eliminating the need to carry cash.
The Raast system, developed by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), is designed to enable instant, low-cost, and secure payments. Across all participating banks and digital wallets nationwide.
NADRA’s integration of Raast represents another step toward Pakistan’s digital transformation, promoting convenience and transparency in public services.
