Detailed Breakdown of BISE Rawalpindi 11th Class Result 2025

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced that the overall pass rate for the 11th class (HSSC-I) result 2025 is 43.46%. Among the 62,020 annual exam candidates, 26,951 passed, indicating an ordinary performance of academic groups.

According to officials, despite difficulties in advancing academic learning, these results indicate the persistent efforts of both teachers and students. The comparative figures show some improvement from last year for overall pass rates and evidence of multisector group variation in performance.

The pass rate for the Pre-Engineering group was the highest at 55.78%, followed by Pre-Medical at 52.51%. The Humanities stream showed the lowest at 36.14% and Commerce students achieved 40.84%.

The examinations took place from May 20 to June 13, 2025, and results disclosed on October 15, 2025. The BISE Rawalpindi, serves the region consisting of Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Murree, and Talagang.

The highest performance across groups was noted in Pre-Engineering (55.78%), showing the highest specific performance in Mathematics and Physics. On the other hand, students in the Humanities group (36.14%) showed difficulty in comparison to the science and commerce groups.

With respect to individual subjects, the highest performance was seen in Translation of the Holy Quran (98.67%), second to Islamic Education (96.17%) in performance. The core science subjects – Chemistry (70.90%), Physics (71.80%), and Biology (72.49%) – all had a fair and steady appearance.

Educational experts were quoted as saying, regardless of the pass rate being lower than the others Punjab boards, it demonstrates the value of having better teaching materials as well as preparation and exam support for students in Rawalpindi rural areas.
